Hello to all! My name is Mr. McCallum. I am a Purdue University graduate with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Education. I truly feel that teaching agriculture classes gives students an advantage when they head out into the real world. I tell the kids at the beginning of the year, 'You are surrounded by and use agriculture everyday, but sometimes you don't even realize it. It is my job to make you more informed about where your food comes from, what it takes to make that food as well as the sacrifices by the people who raise it, and finally where agriculture can take you in life.' I am also the FFA advisor and greenhouse manager. Our students are always doing new and exciting activities and we should all be proud of them!
